These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Peptivatide website and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

All products sold by Peptivatide are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or professional operating in a controlled laboratory environment and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

All products sold are research materials. All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once submitted. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final and immediately enters processing.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect product selection
• Delays caused by carrier
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier

We are not liable for carrier-related delays, delivery errors, or theft after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• The wrong product was shipped, or
• The product is demonstrably defective upon arrival

Claims must:

• Be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• Show the product unopened and in original condition

Failure to provide required documentation voids eligibility.

If approved, remedies are issued at our sole discretion as:

• Replacement product, or
• Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be considered fraudulent and disputed with supporting delivery confirmation, checkout acceptance records, and policy acknowledgment.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect the package
• Refusal of delivery

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or access issues at the delivery location.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to violate these terms or involve suspected fraud.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Peptivatide and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Peptivatide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
